This excursion combines a ride on board a coach, a boat, a tram, and a train. The perfect way to truly discover Mallorca.
The itinerary includes:
Visit and free time in Sa Calobra
A boat trip from Sa Calobra to Port of Soller (Approximately 40 minutes)
Wooden tram from Port of Soller to Soller old town (Approximately 30 minutes)
Wooden train from Soller to Palma (Approximately 50 minutes)
Possible stop at a leather shop
In the event of bad weather, the boat trip will be replaced by a bus ride, passing around the foot of the Puig Major Mountain.
We are subjected to train and boat schedule, so the itinerary can be done in reverse order.
The journey starts with a bus tour through the Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range
Sierra de Tramuntana, named a world heritage site by UNESCO in 2011, is the main mountainous area of Mallorca. It is formed by calcareous materials that with the passage of time and the action of water have created a spectacular landscape.
The road ends at La Calobra, which is considered one of the most outstandingly beautiful spots, with its Torrente de Pareis, a magnificent gorge formed over the centuries by two mountain streams converging into the sea.
The beach is located between the cliffs where the canyon Torrent de Pareis reaches the sea
After lunch, (lunch not included in the price) the boat awaits to take you following the rough coast to the wonderful Port de Sóller
Once you arrive at the Port, it’s time to change our mode of transport once again, this time to a traditional tram. As you embark on this trip let your senses come alive as we pass through the valley of orange trees and colorful scenery on our way through to Sóller.
For an unforgettable and romantic end to this full day, we will take a special train journey that will transport you back to the year 1912. The journey back to Palma (Son Reus) takes approximately 50 minutes and includes a stop at the Pujol de'n Banya viewing point.
Now is time to relax on the bus transfer to your resort.
